We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way!

We offer two shipping options to bring our colorful kitchen essentials to your home:

1. Standard Shipping – €12.95

  • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
  • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
  • Tracking included

2. Free Shipping (on orders over €50)

  • Carrier: EMS
  • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
  • Tracking included

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. We ship worldwide except to some Asian countries and remote areas.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely happy with your colorful finds! If something isn’t quite right, our returns process is as straightforward as our products are cheerful.

Return Policy Summary

  • ✅ Free returns for defective/wrong items

Return Conditions

To be eligible for return or exchange:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition with all tags
  • Original packaging must be intact (our colorful boxes are part of the experience!)
  • Proof of purchase required
  • Return request must be initiated within 15 days of delivery

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Eierdopjes (egg cups) – personal use item
  • Keukenschorten (aprons) if the hygiene seal is broken
  • Keukentextiel (kitchen textiles) that have been washed or used
  • Any items marked as “Final Sale”

  3. Pack your item securely in the original packaging
  4. Include the completed return form inside the package

⏳ Refund Processing

Once we receive your return:

  • Inspection: 1-3 business days
  • Refund processing: 3-5 business days after approval
  • Refund method: Original payment (PayPal, credit card, etc.)
  • You’ll receive email confirmation when processed

Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
