📦 Return Conditions
To be eligible for return or exchange:
- Item must be unused, in original condition with all tags
- Original packaging must be intact (our colorful boxes are part of the experience!)
- Proof of purchase required
- Return request must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Eierdopjes (egg cups) – personal use item
- Keukenschorten (aprons) if the hygiene seal is broken
- Keukentextiel (kitchen textiles) that have been washed or used
- Any items marked as “Final Sale”

Once we receive your return:
- Inspection: 1-3 business days
- Refund processing: 3-5 business days after approval
